Data Processing Addendum

1. Introduction

This Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") supplements our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions. It describes how VS NextGen Solutions ("we," "our," or "us") processes personal data when you use URL2Mockup, in compliance with applicable data protection laws including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) and other relevant regulations.

2. Definitions

            - **Personal Data:** Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

            - **Data Subject:** The natural person to whom personal data relates.

            - **Processing:** Any operation performed on personal data (collection, storage, use, deletion, etc.).

3. Categories of Personal Data We Process

We process the following categories of personal data in connection with URL2Mockup:

            - **Account information:**  When you sign in with Google – email, display name, profile photo; account identifiers.

            - **Mockup-related data:**  URLs you submit for mockups, device type and preferences, mockup history (e.g. creation time, screenshot references).

            - **Usage data:** Usage patterns, daily limits, and analytics necessary to operate the service.

            - **Technical data:** IP address, browser type, device information.

            - **Communication data:**  Support requests and correspondence.

We process personal data to:

            - Provide and maintain the device mockup service

            - Authenticate users and manage accounts

            - Create, store, and display your mockups

            - Enforce usage limits and prevent abuse

            - Improve the service and fix issues

            - Comply with legal obligations

Processing is based on consent (where required), performance of our contract with you, legitimate interests (security, service improvement), and legal obligation as applicable under Indian and other relevant laws.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above:

            - **Account data:**  Until you delete your account or request erasure, or as required by law.

            - **Mockup and URL data:**  For as long as your mockups are stored and you have an active account; you can delete individual mockups or your account at any time.

            - **Usage and technical data:**  As needed for operation and security, and as required by law.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including:

            - Secure authentication (e.g. Google sign-in)

            - Encryption in transit (HTTPS) and, where applicable, at rest

            - Access controls and secure cloud infrastructure

            - Rate limiting and abuse prevention

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

7. Your Rights

Under applicable data protection laws (including DPDPA and, where applicable, GDPR), you may have the right to:

            - Access your personal data

            - Correct inaccurate data

            - Request erasure of your data

            - Restrict or object to certain processing

            - Data portability (where applicable)

            - Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

8. Third Parties and Data Transfers
