1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using URL2Mockup ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by URL2Mockup and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

3. Payments, Credits, and No Refunds

URL2Mockup is a paid service. You purchase prepaid credit packs (Pitch or Launch) through our payment processor to create mockups, exports, and related features. Credits are consumed when you use billable actions in the product; pricing is shown before you confirm each action.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or cash redemption for unused credits, including if you change your mind, purchase the wrong pack, or stop using the Service. Charge disputes must not be filed for credits you have already used.

Credits are deducted only when a billable action completes successfully (for example, after a mockup is saved or an export is unlocked). Failed attempts do not consume credits.

Current credit costs and pack prices are published on our Pricing page and may be updated with notice. Purchased credits do not expire unless stated otherwise at purchase.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

5. User Content

Our Service allows you to create, post, and share content. You retain all rights to your content, but grant us a license to use, modify, and display it in connection with the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you post and its legality.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

            - Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation

            - Use the Service for any harmful or malicious purpose

            - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

            - Interfere with the proper working of the Service

            - Use the Service to transmit any material that is defamatory, obscene, or offensive

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall URL2Mockup, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

            - Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service

            - Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service

            - Any content obtained from the Service

            - Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content

8. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Our service captures screenshots of URLs you provide. We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or legality of third-party website content or the suitability of mockups for any particular use.
