Website mockup generator that starts from a URL

Most mockup tools start with a template and ask you to drop in a screenshot. URL2Mockup starts with your live page: paste the URL, we capture it, and it lands in a laptop, tablet, or phone frame you can style and export.Because the capture comes from the real site, you do not need to resize or crop a screenshot first, and you can re-capture after a redesign with the same settings.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Paste a public URL

Any http or https page that loads without a login. Add a 2s or 5s delay for slow or animated pages, and hide cookie banners if your site shows one.

  2. Step 2

    Choose a device

Laptop, tablet, phone, or the laptop + phone combo. Pick a device color to suit your background.

  3. Step 3

    Style the scene

Choose a shadow, one of 12 background presets or a custom solid/gradient, padding, and a canvas size, from a tight Fit device crop to Slide 16:9 (1920 × 1080).

  4. Step 4

    Export or share

Download PNG, JPG, or WebP, copy straight to your clipboard, or send a share link.

Tips

  • Looking for a bare browser-window frame? URL2Mockup focuses on hardware device frames rather than browser chrome; a laptop frame gives a similar “real site” feel.
  • Capture the page at the state you want to show. If content loads in after a moment, use the 5s delay rather than re-capturing.
  • Use Force fresh capture after you deploy a change, so you are not reusing a capture from earlier that day.
