What is included in each pack?

Pitch ($12): 120 credits - One investor deck, portfolio push, or client presentation. Launch ($29): 400 credits - Product Hunt week, campaign, multiple URLs and exports. Credits are added to your balance after payment clears.

Is this a subscription?

No. Both packs are one-time purchases. You are not billed monthly. Buy more credits anytime from the Pricing page or Dashboard.

How many mockups can I make with one pack?

It depends on what you do. With Pitch (120 credits), about 12 fresh URL captures at 10 credits each - more if you reuse cached URLs (3 credits) or unlock HD exports (3 credits each, first time per mockup). Launch (400 credits) fits launch week with multiple URLs and HD exports.

What counts as a “cached” capture?

If you already captured the same URL with the same device and color recently, we reuse the screenshot and charge 3 credits instead of 10.

Question 5

What is HD download?

Accepted Answer

HD download costs 3 credits the first time you unlock it for a mockup (owner only). You get a clean PNG without the URL2Mockup watermark at higher resolution. Re-downloads are free. Watermarked downloads are always free for you and anyone with the share link.

Question 6

When will credits appear after I pay?

Usually within a minute. Credits are added automatically when our payment provider confirms the purchase (webhook). Refresh your dashboard if you just returned from checkout.

Question 7

Are purchases refundable?

Accepted Answer

No. All sales are final - including unused credits and accidental pack choice. You may purchase another pack if you need more credits.

What payment methods do you accept?

Checkout is handled by Dodo Payments (cards and methods they support in your region). We do not store your full card number on our servers.
